It has dual fans built in, which is the best I could find. It works good for my 15.4' laptop, but it says it fits up to 17'. Although it seems like the air would not get on the entire bottom of the laptop base. I recommend this for anyone that has a hot laptop, and wants their lap to stop burning from the heat output.
